Design and Plan
Our team works directly with the homeowner to ensure your home vision is the blueprint for the project. With firm requirements in hand, we develop a baseline budget and schedule, consider options and opportunities, and ensure all suppliers and contract teams are on contract to perform the work. If architects are involved, our team will work with the homeowner and the architect to resolve any issues or questions related to the plans.
BUILD
The build phase is our opportunity to build your trust by backing up our promise of quality and craftsmanship. During the build we are in regular communication ensuring you have the latest status on your project. We work quickly throughout this phase to tackle any unforeseen issues, expedite potential change orders, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
LIVE
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that at the end of your project, you immediately feel at home and are happy with your decision to contract with JBN Construction.
